The LA RIVER
The LA River stretches over 80 miles in length and runs through many neighbourhoods in LA. Channelized by the Army to prevent flooding in the early 1900’s, the architecture and fauna of river changes with each neighbourhood it passes through. Over the course of three weeks I walked every mile of the river, documenting how nature and neighbourhood interact.
